LILONGWE — It was Blantyre versus Blantyre, but the battle for supremacy was fought thousands of metres away from home in Lilongwe.
And when the dust finally settled, it was Ekhaya FC who stood tallest.
The Cow Boys produced a performance full of character, determination and belief to defeat Mighty Wanderers 2-1 in a thrilling Airtel Top 8 final, lifting the prestigious trophy and writing one of the most memorable chapters in the club’s history.
For Ekhaya, it was more than just a victory.
It was a statement.
It was a moment of history.
And, most importantly, it was a moment that will live forever in the hearts of the Cow Boys faithful.
