Likoma Secondary School teacher Thakatwayo Mbizi is in police custody for allegedly swindling over two million kwacha examination fees which some prospective candidates gave him to send to the Malawi National Examinations Board – MANEB.
Northren Region police spokesperson Maurice Chapola and Likoma District Education Manager Margaret Chinthiti separately confirmed this on Friday.
