LILONGWE, Malawi — President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has delegated Second Vice President Enoch Chihana to chair this morning’s Cabinet meeting in Lilongwe as the Head of State carries out other official government duties in Blantyre.

The Cabinet meeting is taking place in the capital while President Mutharika remains in Blantyre, where he is attending to a number of state responsibilities.
