Tonse Alliance To Disclose about Kamuzu Palace Meeting

Tonse Alliance partners will today issue a statement on what they have discussed during yesterday’s emergency meeting held at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe.

The meeting was summoned by President Lazarus Chakwera on Wednesday, 12 months after the partners last met.

Petra President Kamuzu Chibambo, who is also spokesperson for the Tonse Alliance partners has confirmed that the meeting took place and that it ended at 8pm.

Chibambo , however declined to disclose what was discussed during the meeting, saying he will issue a statement today

“Let me first of all work on the statement and l will share it. I think that is the better way of going about this,” he said.
