Karonga-based KAMU Guard Services Football Club have laughed the last in the Unayo K15 million Northern Region Football Association (NRFA) after beating Chitipa Young K 3 -1 in a match that was played at Karonga Stadium Sunday afternoon.
In a third place match played in Mzuzu, Likoma-based Ulisa Football Club beat Chihame FC from Nkhatabay 5-4 on post-match penalties after a goalless draw in regulation time.
For being crowned champions, KAMU received a bank alert message of K2 million and a trophy while Chitipa Young K received K1.5 million. Ulisa and Chihame received K1 million and K700,000 respectively for finishing third and fourth in the competition.
