People’s Development Party (PDP) President Kondwani Nankhumwa says his party is prepared to address the socio-economic challenges facing the citizenry once voted into power.

Nankhumwa has made the remarks today as he has commenced a three-day engagement with grassroots party leaders in Lilongwe.

As part of today’s meetings, he visited Chatata, Msiyambeta, and Likuni Boys School Ground, where he has interacted with thousands of enthusiastic party supporters.

During these gatherings, President Nankhumwa has outlined PDP’s strategic plans to address socio-economic challenges once entrusted with governing the nation. He has singled out hunger and high cost of living as critical challenges his government will prioritize to address.

This latest engagement follows similar successful meetings held in Mchinji District a few days ago, as PDP continues to strengthen its grassroots structures ahead of the next elections.
