Minister of Tourism and Culture Michael Usi has pledged government’s support towards the Goshen City Project which Prophet Shepherd Bushiri is constructing in Monkey Bay, Mangochi.
Writing on his official Facebook
Page, the minister says he visited the construction site to appreciate how the project, which has created 4000 jobs already, is progressing and to assure Prophet Bushiri that President Lazarus Chakwera fully supports the project.
“Once completed, Goshen City will be one of the greatest tourism sites [in] this part of Africa,” he wrote.
Prophet Shepherd Bushiri commented on the post saying it has always been his desire to invest in the country.
He said: “I thank God for this new government policy that supports development like no other. We will support the President’s Agenda 2063 on secondary cities.
