I have A contract with bullets – Pasuwa

Kalisto Pasuwa, the coach of Nyasa Big Bullets FC, has dismissed speculation about taking over as the coach of the Malawi national team, replacing Patrick Mabedi. Reports indicate that while there have been discussions about the vacant position, Pasuwa, who was previously appointed to lead the Malawi National U23 team in this Cosafa Cup, has not yet been contacted by the Football Association of Malawi regarding the matter.

Months ago, the Zimbabwean coach declined a transfer to Zambian club Kabwe Warriors after they failed to pay him what they owed. The Football Association of Malawi terminated its contract with Patrick Mabedi due to the team’s poor performance, where the Flames won 5 matches, drew 5, and lost 8 under his leadership.

Pasuwa is set to be present this afternoon for a match where Bullets will host PremierBet Dedza Dynamos in the TNM Super League.
