Atusaye Nyondo, Branch Manager of Shoprite Mzuzu, has been honoured with a recognition award for the third time, a testament to his exceptional leadership and dedication to the company’s values.
This achievement is particularly notable, considering Shoprite’s extensive presence across Africa, with over 700 stores.
The recognition award is based on Shoprite’s six leadership values, which include: customer obsession, results delivery, making it work, people focus, teamwork, building a culture of trust and respect.

“It’s teamwork, a shared success story for everyone here at the Mzuzu Shoprite branch,” briefly said Nyondo.
His commitment to excellence has not only reflected positively on the Mzuzu branch but also contributed to Shoprite’s continued success as Africa’s leading supermarket chain.
