Lilongwe, Malawi — Goshen City has reaffirmed its commitment to uplifting Malawi’s creative industry by launching a Capacity and Skills Transfer Program in partnership with Miss Malawi. The initiative aims to empower local creatives with professional expertise and global-standard artistic skills.
Speaking during the official opening, Prophetess Mary Bushiri emphasized the importance of investing in Malawi’s young talent to help them compete internationally.
“Malawi has the talent. What we are doing is providing platforms, mentorship, and resources to help our creative youth shine worldwide,” she said.
The program is offering comprehensive training in event production, fashion curation, pageantry coaching, creative direction, and professional runway performance.

Miss Malawi Grand Finale Set for December 13
The Miss Malawi Grand Finale will take place on December 13 at the Pearl Convention Centre in Lilongwe. This year’s winner will walk away with a record-breaking prize of 50 million Kwacha, fully sponsored by Goshen City.
Organizers say the 2025 edition will feature elevated production standards designed to showcase Malawi’s rising creative excellence.
