Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Set To Register As Political Party

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) says is set for registration as a political party in Malawi, to liberate Malawians from economic hardships and join their counterparts in advocating for one borderless Africa.

EFF Malawi chairperson, Tengani Alex Chanthunya who is based in the United States of America, says the registration process is at an advanced stage with the registrar of political parties.

“This is a step towards economic freedom for Malawi which is not yet economically independent,” said Chanthunya.

However, political analyst George Chaima says this will not have any significant impact on Malawians as they are looking for ideas that can promote prosperity and development, not a new political party.

Malawi has over 60 registered political parties
