Mutharika, Others Case Committed To The High Court In Mzuzu

The Magistrates Court in Lilongwe has committed to the High Court in Mzuzu a case where Tadikira Mafubza Mutharika a stepson to former President Professor Peter Mutharika and others are suspected of being connected to the death of 30 suspected victims of human trafficking that were found in a mass grave in Mzimba.

The other 4 suspects in the case are Sam Navaya, Dan Kalulu, David Luhanga and Thomas Kazembe

Chief Resident Magistrate, Madalitso Chimwaza, ordered that if need be the suspects can apply for bail at the High Court in Mzuzu.
