Nankhumwa Donates Towards Church Construction Project In Mulanje

Pledges 130 bags of Cement

Pledges to support housing project for the elderly

Leader of Opposition in Parliament and DPP Vice President responsible for the Southern Region, Right Honourable Dr. Kondwani Nankhumwa, MP has pledged to support the Namasalima Church construction project with an initial contribution of 130 bags of cement.

Right Honourable Dr. Nankhumwa made the pledge on Saturday, June 18, 2022 when he graced the Namasalima Seventh Day Adventist church construction project in Mulanje district.

Speaking at the function, the Right Honourable Dr. Nankhumwa also pledged to assist the Namasalima Singers group in its efforts to construct houses for the elderly in Phalombe district.

The Mulanje Central legislator further called on Malawians to hold hands in assisting the needy in order to ease their plight.

Right Honourable Dr. Nankhumwa was accompanied by the DPP District Governor for Mulanje Limbuli, a Mr Gama and the Constituency Governor for Mulanje Limbuli, Ms Annie Makina.
