Malawi Freedom Network Pressure is mounting on Lazarus Chakwera to fast track a cabinet reshuffle, as promised.
This comes as few weeks ago Chakwera in one of his national address did promised Malawians to make some alterations of his cabinet before end of this month, January.
Slyvester Namiwa Executive Director for Centre For Democracy & Economic Development Initiatives CDEDI said Malawians are heavily anticipating such a promise with a week to go before the end of the month.
Namiwa has however argued that Malawians should not expect meaningful changes of the cabinet having in mind that those in current positions are the ones calling shots over Chakwera in the running of government affairs.
