The Speaker of Parliament, Catherine Gotan Hara, has bow down to court order which restrict the leader of opposition, Kondwani Nankhumwa, from moving Mangochi south lawmaker Shadrek Namalomba, from his seat.

Nullifying the changes, Gotan Hara said Namalomba should return to his number 25 seat from 100 which he was given by Nankhumwa following the court order to do so.

The Speaker has since suspended deliberations in order to comply with the Court order.

Recently, Namalomba obtained a court order restraining Nankhumwa from making any decision in the House without consulting the party
