Comrade Imraan jumbe
“Leadership is not a privilege but a responsibility, and I stand ready to carry the burden for the sake of our great nation.”
As 2025 approaches, I humbly announce my candidacy for the presidency—not out of a desire for power, but from a profound passion to serve.
For too long, Malawi has suffered under leadership lacking vision and commitment. Despite our wealth of resources—fertile soils, abundant waters, precious minerals, and a favorable climate—our nation struggles unnecessarily.
The question is simple: Why should Malawi suffer when the potential for greatness lies in our hands?
The time for empty promises and failed leadership is over.
A new dawn is rising, and I invite you to join me in building The Malawi We Dream Of.
Agriculture: The Heartbeat of Transformation
Malawi’s backbone is agriculture, and it holds the key to our economic liberation. “A nation that feeds itself builds its future.” My government will harness the unmatched potential of Lake Malawi and our abundant water resources to revolutionize agriculture through:
- Irrigation for Every Farmer
Lake Malawi, rivers, streams, and even rain-harvesting systems will be mobilized to irrigate farms across the nation. No farmer will be left behind. - Accessible Farming Equipment
The era of manual labor and hand-held hoes will end.
Modern farming machinery will be made available through affordable government-supported hiring programs.
- Risk Funds for Farmers
A special Agriculture Risk Fund will provide loans and grants to farmers, enabling them to grow crops suited to their soil with expert guidance. Farmers will finally have the resources they need to succeed. - Global Market Access
My government will champion our farmers by exporting their produce to international markets, ensuring they receive fair income generated in their produce and positioning Malawi as a global agricultural powerhouse.
Fertilizer for All, Affordable for Everyone
The soaring costs of fertilizer will be addressed head-on.
My administration will subsidize fertilizers to ensure they are affordable and accessible.
Mining and Minerals: Managed with Integrity
Our nation’s wealth extends beyond agriculture. Malawi’s untapped treasures—minerals and precious stones—must be managed with transparency and accountability.
Under my leadership, mining will benefit every Malawian, not just a privileged few. “What belongs to the people must serve the people.”
Beyond Resources: A Nation of Unity and Progress
The Malawi we envision is one where every citizen thrives, united by a shared purpose. Together, we will build:
World-Class Infrastructure
Roads, energy systems, and technology hubs to connect and empower every Malawian.
A Thriving Economy
A nation that produces, exports, and creates opportunities for its people.
Strong Institutions
A transparent government that works for the people, not against them.
Why I Lead
My decision to join this race is not about personal ambition—it is about a deep-seated belief that Malawi deserves better. “A leader’s purpose is to serve, not to be served.”
I see a Malawi where:
Farmers prosper.
Children dream without limits.
Natural resources are a blessing, not a curse.
The world recognizes us as a beacon of progress and innovation.
This vision is not just possible—it is inevitable, with the right leadership.
A Call to Action: Join Me
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Malawi’s success depends on us all. I cannot do this alone, but together, we are unstoppable.
In 2025, let us choose a leader who puts the people first. Let us choose progress, unity, and a brighter tomorrow. The Malawi we dream of is within reach—together, we will make it a reality.
The journey begins now. Will you join me?
