Leader of Opposition in Parliament Kondwani Nankhumwa has asked Minister of Agriculture Lobin Lowe to resign within seven days if he does not resolve the mess at Admarc and to give a plausible explanation on how his ministry handled the K30 billion mis-procurement of fertiliser scandal.
In a letter dated October 17, Nankhumwa has questioned if Lowe consulted widely before dissolving the grain trader, further demanding a revelation of names of officials who negotiated the botched fertiliser procurement deal.
