United States Called To Discipline Ambassador David Young

A group of Civil Society Organizations has called on the US Government to discipline Ambassador David Young for interfering with Malawi’s national affairs.

The grouping, trading under the banner “Citizens for Justice and Equity on the Interference with Domestic Affairs by the Malawi US Embassy” has condemned the US Embassy’s threat of sanctions on matters that it says do not constitute violation of human rights of citizens.

Agape Khombe, Member of the grouping, alleged that ACB boss Martha Chizuma committed an offense, therefore she should face the law.
