Speaking during the official opening ceremony, Pacific Group Managing Director Faisal Aboo said the investment responds to the increasing demand for high-quality business premises in Limbe, one of Malawi’s busiest commercial hubs.

He further revealed that Pacific Group plans to expand the initiative to Lilongwe, where similar infrastructure is expected to support entrepreneurs and improve the capital city’s business landscape.

Business operators who have already moved into Pacific Towers have described the development as transformative for trade and commerce in Blantyre and Limbe.

Electronics trader Ishmael Chizinga said the modern complex has significantly improved working conditions while elevating the image of Limbe as a commercial center.

Beyond real estate development, Pacific Group says it remains committed to social impact initiatives across the country. Since 2015, the company has rehabilitated more than 9,000 non-functional boreholes in various districts to improve access to clean and safe drinking water.
