CHAKWERA NOT ATTENDING HIS LATE SISTER’s BURIAL

We can reveal that President Lazarus Chakwera will not attend the burial of his late sisters funeral in Dowa.

According to a program we have seen, Vice President Saulos Chilima will represent Chakwera at the funeral.

However, soon after the burial of Ms Mirriam Chakwera on Wednesday, the president will on Thursday be flying to Mozambique for a 4 day State Visit.

State House had announced earlier that President Chakwera had cancelled all his official engagements in order to mourn the death of his sister.
