FDH Bank Sponsors MISA Malawi Activities

FDH Bank Plc has sponsored the upcoming Media Institute for Southern Africa MISA Malawi activities marking World Press Freedom Day commemorations with 2 million kwacha.

FDH Bank Head Cooporate and Institutional Banking Mary Nkando Jussab speaking when she handed over the money said there is need to uphold press freedom recognizing the important role the media plays in the financial sector.

MISA Malawi chairperson Teresa Ndanga says the gesture is clear demonstration that the bank values the work of media.

The money will be used in the award categories of Sports Journalist of the Year, Lifetime Achiever Award, Best Girl and Women’s Award and commemorative T-Shirts.
