Twenty Ethiopians Arrested For Illegally Entering In The Country

Twenty Ethiopians have been arrested today in Chitipa for allegedly entering the country illegally, with the help of a Malawian.

In an interview, Chitipa Police Deputy Public Relations Officer, Rabson Mkandawire says they received a tip-off that the suspects were hiding at Iwaka hills.

The suspects will appear in court soon to answer a charge of illegal entry, whereas the Malawian will answer a charge of aiding illegal immigrants.
