A New Vision for Malawi -Comrade jumbe

I, Comrade Imraan Jumbe, will be on the ballot in 2025. It is my desire to fix this country and rid it of the corrupt practices that have held us back for too long.

I believe in a Malawi where leaders are chosen for their integrity, vision, and commitment to serve the people, not for the size of their wallets.

“A tree is judged by its fruit, not its leaves,” and I intend to bear the fruit of true leadership—leadership that empowers the people, creates opportunities, and restores dignity to our democracy.

We must do away with the culture of buying and selling votes, at any cost. This practice must be banned from our land.

If we are to build a Malawi that works for all of us, we must demand that elections be free and fair, and that our votes be treated with the respect they deserve.

Every Malawian must have the opportunity to participate in democracy without fear, manipulation, or bribery.

As we approach the 2025 elections, let us remember the proverb, “A bird that flies off the ground with the help of the wind will eventually fly against the wind.”

The wind of corruption has carried many into positions of power, but that wind is shifting. It is time for us, the people of Malawi, to take flight on our own, to rise up and reclaim our democracy.

Together, we can put an end to vote-buying and selling, and build a nation where every vote counts, and every voice is heard.

Let us make 2025 the year we break free from the chains of corruption and usher in a new dawn for Malawi.

“The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.” Let us prepare by choosing leaders who will lead with integrity, and let us cast our votes with pride, knowing that we are building a better Malawi for generations to come.

Together we will build the nation we all desires.
