World Bank has announced its new country director, Nathan Belete responsible for Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
In a statement, the bank says Belete, an Ethiopian national, has over 25 years experience in developmental profession.
He will oversee a portfolio of about $12.5 billion commitment within the four countries.
Previously, Belete served on the same post in countries like Cabo Verde, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritia and Senegal.
