Blantyre, Malawi – FCB Nyasa Big Bullets coach Peter Mponda says his side is ready to overpower Silver Strikers in their TNM Super League clash at Kamuzu Stadium this Sunday.
Mponda told reporters that his squad is well-prepared both mentally and physically for the much-anticipated game, but he admitted Silver remains a tough opponent.

“We know Silver Strikers are the defending champions and a very strong side. They have depth and tactical discipline. That’s why we have prepared our boys to deliver at the highest level,” he said.

Silver Strikers, meanwhile, have also shown strength, edging Mighty Tigers 1-0 and Chitipa United 1-0.

Bullets lead the Super League table with 43 points from 18 games, while Silver are third with 36 points from 17 matches.
Sunday’s clash is tipped to be a thriller, with both sides fighting for dominance in the 2025 campaign. For Bullets, victory would cement their top spot, while for Silver it could be a major step in defending their title.
