Senior Prophet Dr. Justice Hara, popularly known as “The Game Changer,” has expressed gratitude to Major Prophet Dr. Shepherd Bushiri and Dr. Pastor Khumbo Joram for their generous support and encouragement following the launch of his books in Lilongwe.
Prophet Hara said the support demonstrated by the two prominent religious leaders was an important source of encouragement as he continues to use writing to inspire people, share spiritual teachings and contribute to Christian ministry.
The book launch, held in Lilongwe on October 14, 2026, attracted people who gathered to celebrate Prophet Hara’s work in Christian ministry, leadership and inspirational writing.
The event provided an opportunity to recognise his literary contribution while highlighting the role of religious leaders in supporting one another’s work beyond preaching and church activities.
Bushiri Makes MK8 Million Bid for Prophet Hara’s Books
Among the notable moments at the launch was the support from Major Prophet Dr. Shepherd Bushiri, who reportedly emerged as the highest bidder, purchasing the books for MK8 million.
Bushiri’s contribution stood out as a significant gesture of support for Prophet Hara’s literary work, demonstrating his willingness to encourage the publication and promotion of inspirational Christian literature.
The purchase also highlighted the potential role of established religious figures in supporting authors who use books to communicate spiritual messages, share experiences and reach audiences beyond their congregations.
For Prophet Hara, the gesture represented more than a financial contribution, as it provided encouragement for his continued efforts to develop his writing and ministry.
Pastor Joram Purchases Book for MK7.5 Million
Prophet Hara also acknowledged Dr. Pastor Khumbo Joram, the founder of Holy Nation Church, for his contribution to the book launch.
Pastor Joram reportedly purchased one of Hara’s books for MK7.5 million, explaining that simply attending the event was not enough to demonstrate his support.
According to the account of the event, Joram felt that purchasing a copy would be a practical way of encouraging the author and showing appreciation for his work.
His gesture added to the significance of the launch, reflecting the importance of tangible support for writers and ministers who invest their time and resources in producing inspirational material.
The purchase also underscored the value of recognising authors not only through attendance and words of encouragement but also through actions that support their creative efforts.
Supporting Christian Literature and Inspirational Writing
The support from Bushiri and Joram has brought attention to the importance of promoting Christian literature in Malawi.
Books remain an important platform through which religious leaders can share teachings, document their experiences, communicate their beliefs and reach readers who may not have direct access to their sermons or church programmes.
Unlike preaching, which often reaches audiences during scheduled services and gatherings, published books can continue to influence readers long after their launch.
Financial and moral support from fellow religious leaders can therefore help encourage authors to continue writing and contribute to the growth of inspirational literature.
Prophet Hara’s book launch also highlighted the relationship between spiritual leadership and literary expression, with religious figures using different platforms to communicate messages about faith, leadership and personal development.
The contributions attributed to Bushiri and Joram demonstrated how prominent individuals can use their resources to recognise and encourage the work of others within the religious community.
A Milestone for Prophet Hara
For Prophet Hara, the October 14 launch marked an important moment in his literary journey, bringing together supporters and fellow religious figures to recognise his work.
The reported purchases of MK8 million and MK7.5 million respectively by Bushiri and Joram were among the notable highlights of the occasion.
Their support offered encouragement for Prophet Hara to continue developing his literary work and using his platform to share inspirational messages.
The event also served as a reminder that the development of Christian literature depends not only on authors producing books but also on readers, supporters and institutions being willing to invest in their work.
As religious leaders continue to reach audiences through preaching, writing and other forms of communication, initiatives such as book launches provide opportunities to celebrate their contributions and encourage further literary engagement.
Malawi Freedom Network (MFN) will continue to follow developments in Malawi’s religious community, including initiatives promoting Christian literature, leadership and inspirational writing.
