The High Court sitting in Lilongwe has adjourned to the 20th of May a case in which the Director of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Martha Chizuma is seeking a review of a decision by a lower court in Mzuzu.
The Magistrate court in Mzuzu ordered for the police and the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) to authenticate a leaked phone conversation between Chizuma and an unidentified man and check the possibility of prosecution.
However, High Court Judge Annabelle Mtalimanja has adjourned the review case, owing to the fact that the DPP Steve Kayuni did not have enough time to go through the lower court’s documents.
