Honourable Nankhumwa Donates Face Masks And Chlorine To Limbe, Makheta Clinics

On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, the Leader of Opposition in Parliament Dr. Kondwani Nankhumwa, MP, who is also Democratic Progressive Party Vice President responsible for the Southern Region delegated Councillor Gerald Lipikwe of Limbe Ward to hand over a donation of assorted items including face masks and 50kgs of Chlorine to Limbe and Makhetha Clinics following the outbreak of Cholera, which has hit most parts of the Blantyre.

The Right Honourable Nankhumwa has made the donation following his tour of the two Cholera treatment facilities that he conducted last week.

Health personnel at Limbe and Makhetha clinics have expressed gratitude to the youthful politician for his good heart. They have requested that resources being available, he should extend the gesture to other other affected districts.

Councillor Lipikwe also hailed Right Honourable Dr. Nankhumwa for his “timely assistance”. He asked all able Malawians to emulate what the Leader of the Opposition in Parliament has done.
