Malawi Freedom Network Prominent musician Lucius Banda has observed that the current crop of artists is struggling to come up with quality music because they have prioritized competition above everything else.
Banda has stressed that most of the substandard music enjoying airplay cannot breakthrough to the international scene, as most of it is produced impatiently.
Banda is popular for his timeless song releases that talk about social issues, embedded in enticing lyrical content, with his latest hit titled ‘Bisa’ enjoying airplay across local radio stations as well as streaming sites.
