According to a statement she released yesterday on 13 September, 2024, Ganda seeks forgiveness and has withdrawn her public remarks, acknowledging they were wrong.
Part of the statement reads: “I regret speaking that way. It was not intentional, but the environment was intimidating, which led me to speak carelessly.”
Ganda, who was then the party’s Director of Elections before being fired and assigned as Presidential Advisor, praised Chakwera for the ongoing development projects in her constituency.
