Where are the procurement documents to back up this claim?

Demand Immediate Accountability
The NRB Chief and MEC Chairperson Anabel Ntalimanja have failed the nation. Their actions—or inactions—demonstrate gross incompetence and a lack of integrity. We demand the following:
- Immediate Removal: Both the NRB Chief and MEC Chairperson must step down or be removed to restore public confidence in the electoral process.
- Full Disclosure: The NRB and MEC must release all procurement documents and explain why voter materials were hidden in this secret location.
- Independent Investigation: An independent body must thoroughly investigate this scandal to uncover the truth and hold all culprits accountable.
Boycott the 2025 Elections If No Action Is Taken
If these demands are not met, the people of Malawi should consider boycotting the 2025 elections.
