Government has released a full report of the Commission of Inquiry which was formed on a directive from President Dr Lazarus Chakwera after the arrest of ACB Director General Martha Chizuma.
Confirming the development, Government Spokesperson, Gospel Kazako, said the full report has been released after the President completed reading it.

The report released yesterday, however, faults the ACB Director General Martha Chizuma on the audio clip, Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Steven Kayuni, on taking the matter to the police in a personal capacity and the police for arresting Chizuma without informing higher authorities of Malawi Police Service and the line Minister of justice, before arresting Chizuma.
